1. Withdrawing Funds from Your Ratingo Wallet
All funds in your Ratingo Wallet belong to you. You can request a withdrawal at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@ratingo.com or through our live chat. Once verified, we will process your withdrawal promptly.
2. Refunds for Rejected Campaigns
If your campaign is not approved for any reason, we will immediately refund the entire campaign budget back to your Ratingo Wallet.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Campaigns
You can choose to cancel a campaign midway. In such cases, any portion of your budget that remains unspent will be refunded back to your Ratingo Wallet after verification.
4. Processing Time
Most refunds are processed within 45 minutes of the request. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours depending on payment gateway processing times or additional verification requirements.
5. Refund Method
All refunds are credited directly to your Ratingo Wallet. From there, you can choose to either:
- Use the funds for future campaigns, or
- Withdraw them to your original payment method via our support team.
